Estevan Renewable Energy Park

Low Carbon is proposing a new straw residue and waste wood fuelled biomass facility, to be known as Estevan Renewable Energy Park, situated in within the City of Estevan. The project will generate renewable electricity, as well as green heat and has been designed to primarily utilise straw, alongside a small proportion of waste wood.
