Asset Management Case Study
With extreme attention to detail and adherence to high-quality standards throughout the Provisional Acceptance and Final Acceptance process, The Low Carbon Asset Management team ensured outstanding site performance levels with PRs regularly in excess of 90% of budget. This focus on quality and site performance guided the team in the decision to delay these two critically important project stages after noticing a slight buckling of the inverter stations, higher than usual noise emittance (dB) from the inverters and excessive flooding in parts of the site. All these issues required remedial action before certificates could be granted. The EPC respected Low Carbon’s professionalism and continues to work collaboratively with Low Carbon on new projects.
