Danube I and II are a combined 1GW of projects located east of Bucharest and benefit from the region’s exceptional natural wind resource and flat terrain. Romania is one of the windiest countries within the EU, and with increasing interconnection will be an important contributor to reaching the EU’s 2030 and 2050 targets.
