Key milestone reached as Low Carbon’s Ter Apel solar farm begins generating power in the Netherlands

Monday 18 September 2023 – Global renewable energy company Low Carbon has announced that its Ter Apel solar farm located in the Netherlands has become fully operational. The 26.7MW solar farm is the first project to energise as the company develops into a leading global Independent Power Producer (IPP) capable of delivering 20GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030.

Tuesday 25 July 2023 – Global renewable energy company Low Carbon has strengthened its strategic partnership with Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (“MassMutual”) with the announcement of an increase of up to £400m worth of investment to be directed into large-scale renewable energy projects across the UK, Europe and North America.
