This course has received accreditation from the Energy Institute and looks at the many ways in which wood fuel can be used to generate carbon emissions in the generation of heat and electricity (combined heat and power).
The trainer, Rob Gwillim has over 18 years experience in the industry, which combined with his involvement in several biomass projects, makes him an ideal tutor for this course.
Topics covered include: Fuel management & storage, planning & regulatory issues, economics of wood fuel heating, boiler sizing & system requirements, and information on choosing a wood fuelled boiler (indicator for choice, technical information on boiler types and maintenance requirements).
The cost per delegate is £245 + VAT but bookings taken by 11/10/10 will be charged at a reduced cost of £199.
This covers lunch/refreshments, a delegate information pack and a certificate of attendance.
